What is your affiliation with Keurig®?

We are a nationally authorized Keurig® K-Cup® coffee distributor. This is an honor granted only to companies that Keurig® trusts. They look for size and support capacity to ensure that their name is not squandered by poor service. As a result, we are duty bound to provide a stellar experience to our clients. Part of this agreement prohibits us from providing products to resellers. Our K-Cup® coffee business operates out of Cleveland, Oh., through our parent company, Distillata Water. Distillata offers water delivery to homes and businesses in all of Northeast Ohio. After a century in the delivery business, Distillata learned that their customers would appreciate K-Cup® coffee delivery, along with water products. Cross Country Cafe launched in 2011 to provide easy online ordering nationwide. From day one, we wanted to be the best place to buy K-Cup® coffee. And, so opened our online distributorship to offer you convenient ordering, and the best price on Keurig® products. What is the charge for shipping?

Unfortunately, there aren’t many K-Cup® stores near most of us. But that is ok. If you are looking to buy K-Cup® coffee and there arent any near you, shipping is an excellent option. We charge a standard $8.00 flat rate. It is most economical to stock up!

Plus, you can get free shipping for your Keurig® coffee products when your order totals $59 or more. You must live in the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam. Order must total $59 after any discounts are applied. 

Deliveries generally take 3-5 business days (holidays not included) but are subject to inventory availability and national postal service delays.

Can I track my order?

Yes.  When you placed your order, you should have received an email with the pertinent shipping information including the tracking number.  The tracking number is linked to UPS or USPS, you can simply click on it to gain further information. If you can not locate this number or are having any trouble performing the tracking, please contact us and we would be happy to help.

How long does shipping take?

Generally, packages shipped in the continental United States are delivered within 3-5 business days. However, we can not predict the speed of delivery once your shipment has left our building. We are almost always pleasantly surprised with the speed of UPS and USPS deliveries, however, weather, holidays and other events will slow them down from time to time.

Do you ship to Guam?

No, unfortunately the shipping to Guam is cost prohibitive.

Do you ship to APO/FPO’s?

Yes, gladly!

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, but not so gladly. If a physical address is available that is our preference in order to keep costs down.

Can I return coffee?

Are K-Cup® pods real coffee?

Yes, K-Cup® coffee pods for Keurig® brewers do contain real coffee – not instant. In fact, all K-Cup® pods for sale on this website are made with 100% Arabica beans and are therefore considered the best rated.

Do Keurig® K-Cup® pods contain BPA?

The plastic used to make Keurig® K-Cup® pods does not contain Bisphenol- A, nor does the water reservoir or internal water pipelines of the brewer.  

Are there organic K-Cup® coffee pods?

Yes; organic K-Cup® coffee does exist, made by two very reputable roasters; Green Mountain and Newman’s Own.

How to can I make K-Cup® coffee stronger?

Most Keurig® coffee brewers now come with a “strong” option. Simply choose this setting and your brewer extract an extra level of depth and flavor from your K-Cup® pod.

Are there low acid K-Cup® coffees?

 Although there are no K-Cup® coffee pods labeled low acid, there are a few that are inherently easier on the ol’ tummy. Surprisingly darker roasted coffees produce less acid in the body than light roast. 

How long does Keurig® coffee last?

There is a best buy date on all K-Cup® pods that is usually two years from the date of manufacture. The best use by date is a guideline for great-tasting fresh coffee as recommended by the roaster. It is not an expiration date. Keurig® K-Cup® capsules are packaged in a manner that they will not expire but are not up to industry standards after a certain time period.

Can Keurig® K-Cup® pods be re-used?

Keurig® K-Cup® coffee pods are not designed for re-use, doing so can lead to the growth of mold and bacteria.

Are Keurig® K-Cup® pods recyclable?

Keurig® K-Cup® pods may not be recyclable in your municipality. Please check with your provider before placing plastic pods in your curbside bin.

Do Keurig® K-Cup® pods contain sulfites?

K-Cup® coffees that bear the Keurig® seal do not contain sulfites with the exception of Hazelnut and Golden French Toast.  Since new flavors are constantly becoming available please contact us for specific information if you have a sulfite allergy.

Do Keurig® K-Cup® pods contain nut allergens?

Most do not. But, if you have a severe allergy…stick with the non flavored K-cup coffees or choose a flavor that is not nut related (such as vanilla). You should check the individual product for it’s specific allergen information, this is just a guide line.

Are Keurig® K-Cup® pods gluten free?

Yes, most Keurig® K-Cup® pods are gluten-free with the exception of Cafe Escapes, Brew Over Ice and Wellness Brews.  All regular coffee Kcup® pods are gluten-free.

Can I make iced beverages in my Keurig® brewer?

Yes, you can make iced beverages in any Keurig® brewer. Watch this video to learn how.

Can I brew regular ground coffee in a Keurig®?

Yes, you can with a Keurig® approved adapter.

What are Keurig® K-Cup® seasonal coffees?

Green Mountain® coffee teases us each season with a limited edition flavor and/ or K-Cup® pod. These are generally flavors that relate to the season, for example, Pumpkin Spice is usually released in the fall.

Do Keurig® K-Cup® pods contain calories?

Most Keurig® K-Cup® pods do not contain calories with the exception of Cafe Escapes, Brew Over Ice, and Wellness Brews. When in doubt consider the consistency of the coffee. If it is creamy- it contains calories and most likely sugar. If it is a simple black coffee – calories are not an issue.

Are Keurig® K-Cup® coffees and teas certified Kosher?

Yes, all Green Mountain Coffee Roaster varieties are certified Kosher. For specific copies of the certification please feel free to contact our customer service department.

Can I exchange or return coffee or tea?

Yes, if you are not satisfied for any reason you may return the unused portion of the product to us within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.

Are your K-cup® pods compatible with Keurig 2.0?

Yes, all K-Cup® coffee, tea, and hot cocoa for sale on our site are compatible with Keurig® 2.0 brewers.

Do you sell carafe size coffees for Keurig® 2.0?


Where can I buy Keurig® K-Cup® pods in bulk?

It depends what you mean by bulk. You can purchase K-Cup® coffee pods on this website in boxes of 22 or 24. This is a larger portion than retail and grocery stores making it more economical. Some membership stores sell 96 count boxes. Anything larger than that is considered resale for which you would need to become a Keurig® Authorized Distributor.

Do Keurig® brewers come with a warranty?

All Keurig® brewers come with a limited one-year warranty. The warranty begins on the date of purchase. 

Are there Keurig® brewers that work with any K-cup® pod?

There are several models of Keurig® brewers that will work with any K-Cup® coffee. The only model that does not work with any type of pod is the Keurig® 2.0. This coffee maker will only brew capsules manufacturing by approved roasters.

Do Keurig® Brewers need to be cleaned?
