What is Keurig® 2.0?

The 2.0 brewing system for K-Cup® pods and K-Carafe® pods provides improved brewing technology for better results as well as the ability to prepare a carafe of coffee rather than just one cup.

How many cup of coffee are in the carafe?

About 2-3.

Are Keurig® K-Carafe® pods recyclable?

Can I adjust the brew temperature?

No. These units come pre set for optimal brew results. 

How much water does the reservoir hold?

The Keurig® 2.0 300 and 350 brewers have a 60 ounce water reservoir.

Can I stop the brew process before it is complete?

Yes, you can do so by pushing and holding the power button.

Where is the power button?

It is located in the bottom right corner of the digital screen.

Where is the serial number on Keurig® 2.0 brewers?

To find the serial number, remove the water reservoir, the 14 digit number is located on the now exposed side of the brewer.  It can also be found on the bottom of some models.

Are Keurig® 2.0 brewers UL approved?

Yes.

Can I wash my carafe in the dishwasher?

No the carafes that come with Keurig® 2.0 coffee makers are not dishwasher safe.

Does the plastic reservoir contain BPA?

No. The water reservoir is made from Polystyrene which is a BPA free plastic.

What are brew options 2-6 used for?

These are brew setting reserved for future products such as lattes and other 2 part coffee house drinks that will soon be available.

Is there a warranty on my Keurig® 2.0 brewer?

There is an error message on my Keurig® 2.0 brewer, what do I do?

If you are receiving an "oops" message on your Keurig® 2.0 coffee brewer, you are using a non compatible Keurig® K-Cup® coffee.  You will need to contact us to resolve this issue. To learn more about which K-Cup® pods will function optimally in your Keurig® 2.0 brewers click here

Can I over ride the oops error message on my Keurig® 2.0 brewer?

Unfortunately, the only way around the "oops" error message on your Keurig 2.0 is to use a sanctioned K-Cup® pods with the Keurig print on the lid. Click here to read more.
